Great and easy to buy your insurance, but be aware should you make a claim that’s when your problems start. My wife hit a deer left quite a bit of damage, but in my opinion not enough to write this vehicle off. Because it suited the insurance company financially it was written off, and I’m over £1000 out of pocket.You buy insurance to cover yourself in this situation but it does not happen. Trying to deal with this company they break you down until you just give-in for your own sanity. My policy renewal dispute no claims discount protection came in at £101 more expensive. I’m no longer a customer.Make your own mind up, I’m sure all company’s are similar but unfortunately it was Churchill in my case.
Quick and understandable operator. Good price with everything I wanted. Following on from this I have taken out another policy for my wife and her car, really nice operator and efficient service and saved about £180 on both products .

Had a good look around for home insurance contents and the shell of the house couldn't find it cheaper unless I payed more on a claim so Churchill it was and easy set up to
Really easy to complete the form. Very clear and concise. Quick and easy to understand and completed in 30mins. Not as expensove as I thought but this was our first time. We will see next year, but happy we chose them.
Site was easy to use. Excellent price. Pity Churchill, like all other insurers, then increase the prices dramatically when the policy comes up for renewal.As I have just taken out one insurance with Churchill I have cancelled another due for renewal due to the price hike.

Took policy out online. Cheapest I could get. It was sent out quickly in the post. No problems.
Comparison web site gave several options at a good price. Churchill was no cheapest but better known that the others.
I use Churchill for my car insurance and we did a compare the market and Churchill’s came up for home insurance and they were affordable and saved me £100 and they’ve been so helpful and kind with swapping over and sending the documents. I’d recommend them to anyone

Claim process was very smooth, recommended repairer did an excellent job. However, still awaiting refumd of the excess that I paid.
